I am Natasha Nedanoska from Ohrid, North Macedonia, professor of Macedonian language and literature. I have two children (Christian and Petar) and a husband (Vasco) from the village of Ramne, Ohrid.

I like to cook from scratch, especially old traditional recipes that are part of our tradition. In the country house we receive guests with whom we cook together old traditional recipes in an old traditional way – like in the old times.

The combination of working as a teacher and cooking with guests in the village makes the complete picture for me.
