Hi @denisedespirito. Local people mainly produce fruits, vegetables, they pick mushrooms and herbs and make different products from them and they keep domestic animals for milk, eggs, meat.

In my rural household, guests are welcome on Sundays for a nice homemade lunch prepared in front of them. Considering that the household adheres to the principles of the minimum waste concept, the lunch is served and prepared without the use of disposable plastic, aluminium, or any kind of single-use packaging.
