I think it is really important to reflect on this as we are pushing our community to stay in tune and to share projects/ideas etc.

Alex, the person who wrote the post has been involved in several communities and offers interesting insights. It says that it is not probably the first person but the second that makes a movement.

I need to insist on this, it is obviously a metaphor but it seems to me a very appropriate one. I have always wondered how the formation of a community happens, in an almost self-organized way, what I discuss in this video, in a simple way it presents some ideas that are powerful and that we can occupy within this emergent community 🙂
